Bonjour,
Je viens de migrer mon site Joomla 2.5.28 Virtuemart 2.6.14 vers Joomla 3.4.1 Virtuemart 3.0.8
Tout semble fonctionner correctement, cependant je reçois deux mails d'erreurs à chaque transaction.
La transaction est tout de même effectuée et correcte.

Le premier mail vient du site et s'intitule :

An error with your payment paybox on your store XXXXX

Le contenu est :

Hello,

An error with your payment paybox on your store XXXXX. The details are logged in the file paybox.4.log.php

Je pense que ces deux mails sont liés mais je ne vois pas d'où vient le problème.
Quelqu'un aurait t'il une idée. D'avance merci.

L'erreur 503 est Service Unavailable
Il se peut que les 2 erreurs soient liés.
en effet, est ce que ton site est derrriere un CDN?

Bonjour Alatak, merci de te pencher sur le sujet.

Je suis en hebergement PRO chez OVH, donc non le site ne se trouve pas derrière un CDN.

On a fait pas mal d'essais hier et les messages ne nous parvenaient pas en temps et en heure. Décallage de plusieurs heures. Du coup difficile de savoir quelle manip provoquait l'envoi des messages.

A priori aujourd'hui je ne reçois plus que le premier message lors d'une commande, mais en double exemplaire.

Une idée ?

D'après mes essais en local avec l'environnement preprod de paybox
Je retrouve le deuxième mail d'erreur.

PAYBOX: WARNING !!!

Erreur : Couldn't resolve host 'YYYYY'

Ce qui est logique puisque mon site local n'est pas accessible de l'extérieur. La première fois que je l'ai vu c'était bien mon site en production. Mais je n'ai plus ce message en prod actuellement.

En local toujours, je n'ai pas le mail qui me pose problème : "An error with your payment paybox on your store XXXXX"

J'ai toujours le mail : "An error with your payment paybox on your store XXXXX" à chaque commande.

Et j'ai un autre souci qui est venu se greffer :
Un client vient de passer commande le paiement s'est correctement effectué, mais la commande est restée "en attente" sur virtuemart. Le client n'a donc pas reçu confirmation de sa commande et nous non plus.

Le fichier "paybox.4.log.php" ne se rempli pas correctement je pense. Seule la ligne :
"2015-05-06 10:59:39 ERROR checkIps: "
est apparu dans le fichier suite à la commande

Je suis toujours en galère pour comprendre pourquoi, j'ai un souci de communication entre paybox et mon site.
J'ai activé le Log les infos de Debug dans le paramètrage du module paybox.
Cette nuit j'ai eu une commande correctement validé par paybox, mais restée en attente sur virtuemart. Le client n'a donc pas reçu de confirmantion par mail.

On va verifier si c'est un probleme de verification des IPs:
Va dans le fichier /plugins/vmpayment/paybox/paybox/helpers/paybox.php
Cherche la fonction checkIps()

et remplace le code par:

Lorsque je passe une commande avec l'ancienne version de paybox.php je reçois 3 ou 4 mails
- Ticket paiement paybox
- Confirmation commande, mais deux fois il est arrivé que la commande reste en attente et que je ne reçoive donc pas le mail de confirmation
- 2 messages d'erreurs "An error with your payment paybox on your store xxxxx.com" de contact @ xxxxx.com
"An error with your payment paybox on your store xxxxx.com. The details are logged in the file paybox.4.log.php"

pour ma part j'ai la version 3.0.9 de VM et la fonction CheckIps() n'est pas présente dans le fichier paybox.php. Est-ce normal ?
J'obtiens mois aussi le log suivant :
